The fantastic customer service stopped as soon as the out sourced delivery company got involved. DPD woefully let you down, for a company that “specialises” in delivery they are s@#t.
And when I rang Riverside to complain. “Sorry, nothing we can do, they’re the best of a bad bunch”. You’ll have to wait in again for a second date.
