Still waiting on a resolution.
Firstly wrong lid was with package. I understand mistakes can happen and this was replaced in a week, which was great.
I worry now that more parts must be the wrong parts as the whole bbq is now left so unstable and wobbly. Certainly not the feel of a premium product like what I thought I was purchasing. I had emailed Weber direct, although no reply. Not sure if anything Riverside can do to help but I would appreciate any help available.
