Ordered two fleeces from the company, they were both too small for me which annoying but hey ho! I then emailed them or a return address which they replied to promptly and i returned the item with tracking so i know they received it back. I have been chasing them for 2 weeks now for replacement items but have not heard a single word from them. I have emailed them 4 times with no response and managed to find a contact number, spoke to someone and they assured me that someone would be in touch about my items and that was last week....... I would avoid purchasing from this company if you believe something may go wrong as their customer service is appalling.
