“They don’t reply to emails, paid extra for faster delivery and it still took 4 days to come then when my item came they either sent me the wrong item or they look nothing like the photos on the website. Worst customer service Iv ever come across I would avoid this website!”
“Ordered two fleeces from the company, they were both too small for me which annoying but hey ho! I then emailed them or a return address which they replied to promptly and i returned the item with tracking so i know they received it back. I have been chasing them for 2 weeks now for replacement items but have not heard a single word from them. I have emailed them 4 times with no response and managed to find a contact number, spoke to someone and they assured me that someone would be in touch about my items and that was last week....... I would avoid purchasing from this company if you believe something may go wrong as their customer service is appalling.”
