If we could give zero stars we would, very poor management company. We have been receiving paper management fee bills, and paid for the past 4 years no hassle. This year we didn't receive a management yearly bill, as the new build estate has problems with post deliveries and items going missing. We received a final demand, with a fee of £34 added for late payment. We hadn't received any previous bills for this past year, so feel it's very unfair. We have contacted RMG various reps who are useless to say the least. Very unsympathetic, and happy to take money when an issue wasn't our fault.
