Charge a lot of money for minimal things, take a long time to reply to maintenance requests and take even longer to actually fix things, seem to have no accountability at all. An example of their incompetence: they changed the locks on the main flat door and posted the keys in the letterboxes… which you can only access once you are inside the building so many were locked out for hours. Another example: there was some trespassers who were using drugs and it took RMG more than 6 months to remove some used syringes that had been found in the meter cupboard.
