If I could give them no stars I would they are dreadful. Customer service definitely need to be some as they don't offer anything that resembles customer service. We have an open drying area on our estate that us used as public toilet and have repeated asked for a lock to be put on it! There response it sercure as it has a latch on it! Yeah good one customer service I think not. They over charge for every job on the estate, we as the residents always find a cheaper quote but never allowed to submit or we missed the window! If you are looking at reviews becausel you are thinking buying a property managed by RMG.don't.
