Stay as far away from this fraudulent company as you possibly can. Whilst I'm an owner of my property, these cowboys "manage" a railway bund for our estate. Its falling apart, decrepid and dangerous. All whilst they rake in £45,000 of "management fees" to service a £2,002 reserve fund for the railway bund. Yes you read that right, they charge £45,000 per year to our estate to collect £2,002 for a reserve fund and on the odd occasion reply to emails. How they are still in exsitance I will never know.
