Astonished by the aggressive and defensive customer service staff. Even on speaking with a manager (not entirely sure she was a manager), the same rudeness. No call back as promised and put on never ending hold a couple of times. Applied a 'reminder charge' of £40 on a bill of £126 when a direct debit should have been set up months ago and they failed to do so. Told it was my fault and the charge applies unless I could provide evidence even though one of the agents had previously advised there was evidence on the record of the direct debit. Not even sure what service is being provided by this company as I live in a house not one of the flats they purport to service...
