RMG have been charging extortionate service charge for years. I have asked on several occasions for a breakdown of what we pay for and all I am told is that the fee of £225 per year which is charged to over 200 residents, (which equals to over £90k) is for gardening!!!!. Something has to be done about this. Customer service it terrible as they don't know what they are doing either.
