Seriously the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Don’t answer any questions that you raise either by phone or email, with the truth or resolve any issues 🥹 they should be called dodgems. Thankfully we have finally had them removed but what a mess they have made of everything.
They change managers of properties like the the days change and no one is held responsible. Face to face wow still have the audacity to lie to you and say not their problem. How a company can continue as they are is unreal, bills for other buildings included in our service charges oh and no proof of what they say they have done. If you are looking at a building that RMG are the management group please think twice they have no scruples. Good luck to all dealing with this issue we all work hard for our homes why should they make anyone feel this way. Customer service is a zero but you can’t put that 😡
