Everything about this company is wrong. Years of incompetence & overcharging finally pushed myself & the other leaseholders into moving to another management company & it is like a different world. RMG don't manage your property, they use it as a cash cow. Not keeping a property maintained properly, not serving Section 20 Notice, appointing asset management company (not necessary) & overcharging. Avoid any property which has RMG associated with it.
