Don't Buy a Property Managed by RMG!
I will keep this short. I have been forced to have my property managed by RMG for many years now, and they have always provided poor customer service. This latest case to rectify a damp issue in a flat occupied by an elderly asthmatic is the final straw.
After eventually carrying out an assessment, 2 months and counting later, they have failed to rectify the issue, or even give a date when the work will be done, even after repeated requests for them to do so. They have simply ignored the requests.
I intend to discuss with the other leaseholders in the block how we can extract ourselves from this truly appalling company.
