The release clasp on the Rose Gold bracelet. Won’t open with a finger anymore. You have to open it with a screwdriver. I Spent a lot of money. for multiple bracelets, multiple bands, and multiple ID placards. and the Company doesn’t stand behind their product. They keep offering to sell you. More pieces
