A disgrace of a company. Ordered a very expensive bottle of whisky and 10 days later no whisky delivered. Checked my account and order showing as refunded. No email to apologise, no email to say I was bring refunded and no refund received.
Utter shambles and in this day and age where service is everything this company are amongst the worst.
They don't deserve anyone's business or to be in business at all.
