I like the goods that I purchased but unfortunately they were shipped from Italy and a lot of confusion over the import tax that I have to pay. It is good that Robinson was able to pay me the tax amount first before I make payment to DHL, but the experience will be much better if Robinson can settle such tax directly with DHL. Initially I was anxious when asked to pay the tax as I feel that Robinson should not make me pay the tax. Need to clarify with both Robinson and DHL Several times to settle the payment and that dampened the good experience I had with the goods purchased.
