This is my first time buying online from Robinsons after the physical shop closure. The logistics need improvement.
1. I bought 3 items and being charged extra for delivery. It is much higher than the delivery fees of most eCommerce providers. I realised the reasons for higher fees later when the there are 3 separate deliveries.
2. 1 items was not delivered and not trackable, so i wrote in to Robinson's support. Good that there are response the next day and delivery is immediately being arranged. I believe the arrangement is missed out previously.
3. This short review was sent out to me despite the last item has not received by me. This request for review should come only after all items are delivered.
