Your Customer Service is excellent but some info in your website is misleading. It showed that my mattresses were delivered on 16/10/2021 but actual delivery was on 20/10/2021.
The deliveryman for the speaker was not looking at the address properly. He wanted to leave the parcel at my neighbour's door when my door was wide open waiting for him.
