Robinsons service is excellent as always. The only thing you can improve on is to introduce a lot more innovative and modern products eg kitchen gadgets like automatic pot stirrer etc that makes kitchen work more efficient and easier. Most of your kitchen products are quite outdated and old fashioned. It would be good to expand the range and sizes of the products so customers have better choices to buy from
