Had specifically requested for the parcel to be delivered on 21st December. It was instead delivered on 2December.
1. I was not notified of the delivery
2. I wrote in to Robinsons about this, an accounts email? I did not receive a reply or an apology for the mistake.
Disappointing delivery service. Need to keep up to minimum standards of what is expected today from what Customers are used to with Shopee, Amazon & many other delivery services.
