Ordered a Zinus iCoil 10" pocketed spring mattress worth SGD209 from Robinsons online on 4-Jan-2022. The ordering process was seamless & straightforward. Unfortunately, delivery person demanded SGD30 to carry it from 1st level to 2nd level. No worries, the mattress was rolled and put into a box for easy transportation.
