Been shoppjng with Robinsons for decades. Tried their online n it was bumpy at e start. However feedbacks are taken seriously with satisfactory responses (not necessarily immediately though). Its 30 days return policy are not well understood by their first responders. Continued training may be required if Robinsons want to become the online platform with excellent customer service as advertised.
