I had my earbuds sent with the towels. Almost instantly. Unfortunately the earbuds delivered had some issues, the left side did not work, and I immediately wrote back the few hours After receiving the buds. I wrote an email and within a week I got an exchange. It took some time but yet they managed to get my buds changed. Overall, a satisfactory experience. I was thinking it was going to be a hassle as I purchased my items online. I guess I was wrong, kudos :)
