Customer service was excellent - friendly, responsive and helpful. Had an issue getting the promo code after signing up for the newsletter but the CS specialist, Mikael, was great with assisting. Delivery was extremely fast as well. My purchase was delivered in just a few days. I loved my purchase as well and it came in great condition! Very happy overall with my experience purchasing at Robinsons. Will be sure to shop the online store in future!
