I had a few hiccups with my purchase. Firstly, the wrong quantity was delivered. The online helpdesk was good to help resolve the matter. Then, I received the remaining quantity only to find that they are expired goods. The online helpdesk was again prompt in helping to settle the issue. However, I was told the supplier do not have any more stocks and proposed alternative of the same brand. I accepted the proposal and received the items in good condition. Later I was shocked to see that the so call out of stock products was still selling at the online store website and this time round the prices were even lower. I am quite disappointed with the helpdesk and the supplier over the incident. Will be reluctant to buy again as I lost quite a lot of confidence over the company’s reliability.
