I put in an order of 4 items on 06 Jun 2022. After making the payment, I was informed that one of the items is out of stock and a refund will be made to my payment credit card. After 2 weeks, I did not see the refund on my card and I wrote to both Robinson & Bank, which both are asking me to check with each other. I am the only person running around both parties on this discrepancy and I am not sure which party is not executing their job properly. This makes me feel like the online purchasing process with Robinson is cumbersome and very inconvenient.
