I had purchased Sudio ETT wireless earphones along with other main purchases.
The set delivered was defective and was given a replacement set which was also not in a working condition. I was supposed to use it on an overseas trip but to no avail.
I’m currently away and will return in a fortnight’s time.
The customer service was unable to get the supplier to contact me to resolve the matter and instead recommended a refund and arrange for the return of the purchase.
It was a bad experience.
