I ordered 5 items and 3 items were out of stocks. Why are the items still available when there’s no more stocks? The online store has no system of tracking how much existing stocks are available.
I was also told that bedsheets cannot be returned if opened. I order a 2 sets of similar bedsheets and only one arrived while the other one is out of stock. Luckily I didn’t open the packaging, else I wouldn’t be able to return the item. The overall online shopping experience is really underwhelming.
