1. Order was accepted and payment collected when the item was out of stock. This is totally unacceptable.
2. Refund was very slow and took a while after the item was confirmed no stock. Payment should be refunded immediately when confirm no stock.
3. Had very bad customer experience for my first order.
4. Am a very unhappy customer after purchase.
5. Promise will never buy again from Robinsons.
