Expediting the online order was impressive ! However the delivery by your partner needs improvement. Robinsons should provide my mobile phone number to delivery partner (which I am sure you do) but delivery should have contacted me to inform when they will be making the door to door drop via mobile phone. This minimises inconvenience to wait for them with no specified time.
