I ordered my husband a Christmas present that was marked delivered but never arrived. I brought it to the customer service attention and each time someone said they would get back to me, they haven’t. Am I, as the customer expected to be the one chasing Robinsons for answer when they are the ones that have not provided the product/service they have promised to when I made the purchase? Chasing them to rectify this situation has made the whole experience very unpleasant and frustrating. Will most definitely NOT be purchasing anything from them again. It’s been 5 days since the failed delivery… let’s see how it’ll take for this situation to be rectified.
