Bad service. I wrote in on 18 Dec on the missing item in the order and sent in an image of the order received from Robinsons. I have requested for a return and refund as only a partial order was fulfilled if they are unable to send me the missing item. I have yet to hear from Robinsons except they will feedback to the vendor (23 Dec). I replied to their email and informed that my case was closed.
