Product quality good, delivery prompt, but capturing of customer details leaves much to be desired. I have registered my account on 6/5/23 after making a purchase. I gave my details, including date of birth 26 May. On 30/5/23 I made another purchase. Up till now my account shows I haven't made any order and there was no birthday surprise and your system says looking forward to my birthday (next year)?
