Delivery was a bit messy cos it was a third party doing it - they wanted to deliver on a Saturday, and they called me to ask so i said no delivery cos office is closed, then later i had to liaise with several people on my contact details etc. THen finally the items arrived. It was well packed, ladder was well cushioned with ample bubble wrap and even my storage organisers were well wrapped - so no breakage or damage. So all is good.
Hence delivery communications may be improved - somehow there seems to be a break down in communications.
