This is probably the last time I will buy something from Robinson online. I ordered 6 bottles of Green Magma tablets - in the old days, Robinson online will highlight if the goods have short expiry dates. But this time, no. All 6 bottles have the same expiring of less than 5 months - April 2025. A short check on identical product in SHOPEE shows expiry date (ie July 2025, jan 2027) - they can clearly shown this -why cant you? How do you expect your customer to finish all within 4 months? After dealing with the twice delayed delivery, it is really another bad experience having to deal with this expiry date issue. The Robinson online support, after my reminder, claimed that the warehouse says there is no later expiry dates and therefore cannot exchange - can only refund. I honestly have no confidence of how long they will take to refund my money or I will have to keep chasing, just like chasing for delivery, chasing for updates of their promise of exchange etc. I used to like Robinsons a lot and have tried to support the brand in their new life as an online store. But I am giving up. Don't think I will buy from them again - when they do not indicate short expiry dates and cannot confirm dates or block of time slots for delivery. I will buy from elsewhere with less stress and less follow-up and reminders needed from me.
