The product is good. It works well. I have been using it for at least 6 years. Occasionally it is incompatible with a web form, but mostly it just works. When it comes to renewal, the website does not make things clear enough to be sure exactly what you've purchased until after the fact. This is a bit nerve-wracking, but it turned out nothing went wrong after all. The rate is just about the limit I would pay. I would have to reconsider if the price went up.
