“My late husband had set up Roboform some years ago. I had continued to use it until it would not respond. I contacted service dept and they were able to transfer to my email. I was pleased that the passwords were not lost. Thank you so much!!”

“My computer crashed. Yes, I had multiple backups, but they all failed, so my C drive was wiped clean. I lost all my passwords. I reinstalled Roboform and it found the record with the missing passwords. I was back in business.”

“I forgot my master password and had to sign up again for the RoboForm subscription. Well, now I had 2 subscriptions going, my original (forgotten password one) and my new trial free one. Well this is no good. So I contacted the RoboForm team. They solved the issue in 1 day. Wow, great job guys. Merry Xmas to the whole team...Jon”
