“A very handy way to fill out forms with passwords, address details, and credit card info if you want. They added a feature not long ago for users whose computers are secure from outside or other threats, and that's the option to 'never' have to log in (enter the Robo password) except in certain circumstances. RoboForm has the best support service on the Internet IMO. If you create a 'ticket' and describe your problem, someone will reply within 24 hrs - often the same day. I couldn't be as productive without it.”

“I have been a RoboForm Customer now for several months. At one point, I had purchased a NEW Security product and with the Security Product came a FREE Password Manager, so I swithced from RoboForm to the FREE Password manager. What a BIG mistake. The other password manager was difficult to use, and it was not organized like RoboForm. I switched back to my RoboForm and I will never give this one up again. It is amazing and very helpful when you are 78 years old like me and need some help with remembering things, and lightning fast access to various Password protected websites. Love it so much!!! I also love that adorable little Icon..the little ROBOT that you click on to generate the passwords!! On a scale of being pleased from 1 to 10, RoboForm is a 12!! Great job!!”

“With the exception of the liittle boxes scatter over my forms that incorrectly fillout boxes, RoboForm continues to be a blessing. Again with the excetion of the little boxes which can't be turned off RoboForm is flexible.”

“I have used Roboform for many years and I would have given it a 5 star review. However with their latest update they removed the possibility of using a local account. My preferrence is to keep everything on my laptop and not in the cloud Working with roboform they showed me a way to still use my local account. All that was needed was to turn off sync.”

Hello Steven, Thank you for your feedback and for being a long-time RoboForm user. We wanted to clarify that you can absolutely still use RoboForm with local-only storage. The option to turn off automatic sync and keep your data exclusively on your device is very much available. You can easily disable sync by following the instructions here: https://help.roboform.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005524988-How-do-I-turn-off-automatic-sync#Win We hope this addresses your concern.
