“RoboForm has been my preferred password and identity manager for years. The support team is consistently responsive and helpful. That said, I’d appreciate more frequent feature updates. For example, the absence of a dedicated section for managing membership cards is a noticeable limitation. Additionally, the dark web monitoring alerts often reveal only a few characters of the exposed password, making it difficult to pinpoint compromised credentials. The search functionality is also limited—it's essentially all or nothing—which complicates efforts to locate specific logins. I you receive an alert the password Xg*************9T has been fond on the web; you’ll only have Xg or 9T to work with. If RoboForm allowed you to search just passwords, that would help so much. Despite these areas for improvement, RoboForm remains highly effective at securely storing and auto filling credentials across websites and many apps.”

“Been a personal user of ROBOFORM for many years. A great pw app that saved me time. The foregoing I am talking about using RF on my computer. When RBF went to cellphones, that all changed. To this day I still have trouble logging on to many websites using my cellphone. RBF support has been great with fixing some issues. It appears to be that the ownership of many of these websites just don't want RBF sticking their nose into their websites and place obstacles in the way. But I am not qualified to really know anything about that. Overall I love RBF and will continue with the app/program. I also feel RBF is a great value and will continue with RNF when my subscription ends this coming Nov25. Thanks for a real time saver. Maj Tibbetts”

“Been using the application for more than 10 years now. There are many other products out there, but I have remained a loyal user do to its reliability and have often recommended it to others. I will say that RoboForm is much easier to use on a Windows PC as opposed to iOS. Certainly the larger real estate on PC affords a better UI. It just seems there is much room for improvement. Features that I would like to see is a mechanism to supply icons to items in particular those without them. Secondly perhaps HTML or RTF style window for notes would be awesome. Also an expand all / collapse all menu item in the treeview control”

“Having trouble with Form Filler... What procedures do I go thru to correct this ? Seems when I update I begin to have problems... If I redownload will this correct the problem If so.will you help me so I get it right ?”

“I’ve been using it about eight years and it’s always been good for me. The team continues to make improvements. Having said that, I have not ever use another password management system other than keychain on iPhone.”

“Having used Roboform for about twenty hears, I have found it to be the best of several password managers. I have also found their customer service to be excellent, responding to questions and issues quickly with accurate information. I rated Roboform 4 out of 5 stars as I have suggested on previous surveys that they offer a 'favorites' list instead of a list containing most used passwords. Also, I am less than thrilled with their mobile program for iOS. Integration with the mobile program is cumbersome and not dependable. But a 'favorites' list would earn a 5 star rating from me.”

“Works great on most sites. But there are some sites, that don’t trigger Roboform auto response. I have go to roboform at copy and paste the username and password.”

“I have purchased ROBOFORM for passwords saving. The one thing I would like ROBOFORM to add is to cancel previous password when I register a new one for the same link. You know how many times some sites ask you to change your password. It is annoying to have to go to the stored passwords and delete the ones that have been changed.”

Hello Claude, thank you for this feedback. Usually, RoboForm AutoSave should prompt to just what you are asking. However, it is possible that some sites have a format that makes this more difficult. Could you send us more information on where is happening for you at https://www.roboform.com/support ?

“I’ve used Roboform for many years. It does well what it’s designed to do. The tech support is very good and prompt. I especially like the form filling and password generation. I do have some problems when generating new passwords that when applied Roboform doesn’t save them. So I end up saving them in notepad until they can be recognized. I also don’t like having to enter the master password every 14 days. Its so long that I would never be able to memorize it. So again I have to save it somewhere.”

“I have been a user of Roboform for years now and have had nothing bad to say about the program. It has been great with how it has all of your passwords and information ready to go at the push of a button across multiple devices. However, it falls short of some newer services that offer more stuff for the free versions that are only available on the paid version of RoboForm so I would like to see Roboform be more like their competitors in what is offered on their free version while making their paid version seem worthwhile.”

“Very pleased with RoboForm. It has kept my passwords safe for a decade. I do struggle sometimes to get RoboForm to fill in a password, but I think this is because the site I am logging in to has changed over the years.”

“Very good APP. Intuitive and easy to set up and use. My only complaint is the timing on the default setting you wish to use for sorting doesn't work. I only want to set the sort at A-Z. While I adjusted the timing from 1-4 hours per session, it has to be reset every 15 min. or less. I submitted a tix to support but they were not able to correct the issue. They insisted it works but it doesn't. My wife who has a separate account has the same issue. She is a chrome user while I use Safari on a separate PC”
