“Roboform does what it says it does, efficiently. The user interface is a bit tricky if you want to alter some settings, and some badly-coded web pages induce it ti save nonsense instead of username or email address and password”

“I had RoboForm for two years and it worked fine. Then I bought it and now it does nothing to fill forms or passwords. I have sent 5 tickets to get it fixed and all I get is the run around. I tried to get to their online support and all it does is send me to another site and asked to login again and again. I am completely disgusted with the support staff that must have their heads in the ---. After finally getting a phone call from Noah, a bar was added to the bottom of the browser which fixed filling forms. My thanks to Noah for his patience in fixing the problem. Gary”

“Has a password generator and stores lots of information. Performs a backtrack and not a backtrace to store URLs.”

“The only reason I wouldn’t give it five stars is because it doesn’t work with Microsoft edge and it’s a pain in the butt to keep trying to put things in. Other then that it’s A1 fantastic and I’ve been a customer for the last six years.”

“I've been using it for more than 5 years on multiple platforms and it became a truly indispensable tool, without which I definitely wouldn't be able to manage my passwords and secure files. The UI may not be as polished as its direct competitor's, LastPass, but I find it to be more flexible and secure. Unlike LastPass, there is no account recovery without your Master Password which is exactly how a secured system is supposed to be. The UI has improved a lot lately and it seems to be a priority for the design team - although, in my opinion, a "modern" UI doesn't necessarily mean better. I would recommend trying both, LastPass and RoboForm and make the decision for yourself. I chose functionality over form and I never had to look back. You need to use either, or both for at least a couple of months to really get the hang of all core functions and be able to judge the differences.”

“I like Roboform but it performs unevenly, depending on the website you are accessing and maybe the browser being used. Probably not Robo's fault, but some sites seem to make it hard or even impossible to use this tool, while it performs flawlessly on many or even most, sites.”

“While RoboForm works generally well, many times it will open the the last site I visited when browsing for a current login. Once I chose the correct site, it fills it in correctly. I really like the auto-fill feature of my identity when completing on-line order forms.”

“I've been using RoboForm for several years now an at my age I cannot remember all my passwords but thanks to RoboForm I only have to remember the main password because the program keeps all the other securely for me.”
