“I've been protecting my online IDs/passwords with RoboForm for over 15 years and am impressed with its security and ease of use. It's a well-designed and managed software package. [However, I do not know what prompted RoboForm's request for this review. I have no recollection of having purchased anything from RoboForm and have not contacted customer support for some five or six years. I'd appreciate it if you could explain the reason for your having asked me for this review.]”

“Still learning my way around the program but so far I like it. I have the family plan and gave my significant other use of my plan. She also likes not having to keep up with all the passwords.”

“RoboForm took away all my issues with passwords trying to remember them keeping a notebook full of passwords some of that were used more than once and easy to hack. Any questions I had were answered with a quick response and a follow-up to make sure my issue was answered. I recently renewed my subscription for two more years.”

“Very pleased with RoboForm. It has kept my passwords safe for a decade. I do struggle sometimes to get RoboForm to fill in a password, but I think this is because the site I am logging in to has changed over the years.”

“Very good APP. Intuitive and easy to set up and use. My only complaint is the timing on the default setting you wish to use for sorting doesn't work. I only want to set the sort at A-Z. While I adjusted the timing from 1-4 hours per session, it has to be reset every 15 min. or less. I submitted a tix to support but they were not able to correct the issue. They insisted it works but it doesn't. My wife who has a separate account has the same issue. She is a chrome user while I use Safari on a separate PC”
