Overall I’m very happy with this software. There are occasions where I’ve joined a new site, created a password and the software doesn’t ask me to save it or not. Frustrating at times. I also find it hit and miss to try and fill out the information directly into the program only to have that fail to work. Most likely something I did or didn’t do, but could be more intuitive of what I am attempting to do by hand as it wouldn’t record the new site and password I created to a new web site in the first instance so I’m trying this way… Never had a problem with security. It syncs with all my devices just fine. It is regularly updated and the help desk are in fact helpful and offer solutions or possible workarounds. I’ve used this software for well over a decade, tried others but came back and here I’ll stay.
