I don't remember making a purchase. It came to pass that I had 2 subscription to Robo Form. One I recall purchasing, one I don't. When notified that one was expiring I attempted to follow the online directions to cancel one one subscription. In the process the my master password was canceled or lost. I couldn't access my passwords. I was quit disgusted and angry. It took a 10 days to resolve the problem. I appreciated the help but feel th instruction were vague and misleading. All is working fine. I give the customer service help a 5 and the original distress a 1 for an average of 3.for ans
