I have been screwing around with this app for over two years now. I keep paying new membership fees only to just get another account that still won't work. I think I have about three or four accounts now, none of which will work. I contacted support to help me combined the accounts into one account that would work but they were no help at all. I don't know why I haven't left and given up before now but their support finally convinced me that I need to find another app. Don't waste your time and money
