I have been using version 7 for many years. When they pushed version 8 through I downloaded it on 11/1/2017 as I have all the updated versions over the years. I always backed up my data from my pc documents to a flash drive in case of computer crashes. I noticed on 11/22/2017 when backing up my flash drive that none of the new passwords we're being saved. I worked diligently trying to figure out why they were no longer being saved to my pc's documents. I contacted support and was on hold for an hour then was forced to leave my name and number so they could call me back...never did. I left 2 support tickets for help, no reply as of yet 11/24/2017. I ended up loosing all my data and redownloaded version 7 then reloaded all my old passwords from my flashdrive. It took 9 hours start to finish figuring out the mess. I'm really dissapointed and considering using my Trend password manager. It would of been nice to have been given a heads up of the major changes before updating to 8.
