I've used RoboForm for years and up until today I've only had good things to say. However for some reason, my password will not work and I cannot get anyone on the support line. I was on hold listening to hold music for 17 minutes waiting for help (I was told that I was #5 in line), when the phone started ringing which I took as a good sign. NOT, I was transferred to voice mail and told to leave a message. I cannot get into my account where all my passwords are stored, and thus cannot get into my credit card account or my banking account. I do not want to change passwords on everything just because RoboForm is having a problem, but for a company that keeps such valuable personal information, they should answer calls more swiftly or at minimum have a live chat I could use to get an immediate answer. BS!!! Unless they handle this quickly, I'll find another password service, there are lots of them out there!!!!!!!!
