RoboForm makes it almost impossible to shut it off. If you want to talk to someone to find out why you have been billed for their services YET again, finding a person to talk to so far has been impossible. I tried it 3 years ago, did not like it, and they continue to bill me despite trying to turn it off. I did turn off the AUTO bill feature. Beware, you have to opt out, rather than opt in, so they can slip the charge through.
