I was having issues with my subscription and truly thought I was not going to receive any help but reached out via social media and in less than 6 hours I was contacted by a Roboform tech to set a time to communicate and fix my issues. Unfortunately I was traveling over seas for work and asked to wait till I returned. Upon return I reached out and it took less than an hour and I was on the phone with Noah. Set a time and he was prompt and accommodating. Set up a screen share and in less than 30 minutes he had me squared away. Roboform and Noah provide courteous and patient support. Top notch 5 stars
