I've been using it for more than 5 years on multiple platforms and it became a truly indispensable tool, without which I definitely wouldn't be able to manage my passwords and secure files. The UI may not be as polished as its direct competitor's, LastPass, but I find it to be more flexible and secure. Unlike LastPass, there is no account recovery without your Master Password which is exactly how a secured system is supposed to be. The UI has improved a lot lately and it seems to be a priority for the design team - although, in my opinion, a "modern" UI doesn't necessarily mean better. I would recommend trying both, LastPass and RoboForm and make the decision for yourself. I chose functionality over form and I never had to look back. You need to use either, or both for at least a couple of months to really get the hang of all core functions and be able to judge the differences.
