After completing the 1000lb Challenge, a Rogue Fitness “judge” determined that my attempt did not meet their criteria. As a result, I was denied the shirt that was included with the $30 registration fee. I requested a refund since I was not receiving the product I paid for, but Rogue rudely denied the request and provided no explanation.
Given the lack of transparency and poor customer service, I will no longer support this company.
