“Customer service is very unprofessional and they give out wrong information regarding their equipment. Had a terrible experience will not be dealing with them again. Highly recommend Reps or Sorinex over rogue fitness. It was a nightmare and unfortunately spent a lot of money for nothing but lies and headaches from their representatives.”

“Absolutely abysmal experience. Purchased a Rogue Ohio Bar from the Boneyard for $232. Per website "Boneyard products are high-quality factory seconds with a minor cosmetic blemish." The Ohio Bar comes in a variety of rust-proof coatings or stainless steel. The bar that was delivered was bare steel and began rusting within a week. After reaching out to request an exchange for a blemished Ohio Bar that actually fit the Ohio Bar specs, I was told "all sales are final and there are no exchanges."”
“After completing the 1000lb Challenge, a Rogue Fitness “judge” determined that my attempt did not meet their criteria. As a result, I was denied the shirt that was included with the $30 registration fee. I requested a refund since I was not receiving the product I paid for, but Rogue rudely denied the request and provided no explanation.
Given the lack of transparency and poor customer service, I will no longer support this company.”
“I recently purchased a barbell from Rogue Fitness, attracted by their advertised “lifetime warranty” and “30-day return policy.” Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.
Within three weeks of receiving the barbell, I discovered a deep scratch on the coating. Concerned about the durability and overall quality, I reached out to Rogue Fitness to request a return and refund under their stated policies. However, after a week of back-and-forth communication, they refused to honor both their 30-day return window and their “lifetime warranty”
I’m disappointed with both the product’s quality and the lack of responsiveness from customer service. They do not stand by their warranty or return policy, which is frustrating as a customer who trusted their promises.
If you’re considering purchasing from Rogue Fitness, be cautious. In my experience, the barbell’s coating was of poor quality, and the company was unhelpful in resolving the issue. I hope this helps others make a more informed decision.”
“Beware of this company's delivery practice. It is predatory. Their support is rude. They will deliver your package boxed in a way that it can not be unloaded without a fork lift. They don't tell you this. When you can not get it off the truck they will charge you a 20% restocking fee plus shipping fees back ( thousands ).”
“I got the Rogue Echo Bar 2.0 and it is an amazing bar. The price is incredibly good for what you get. The barbell came very nicely wrapped and shipping was relatively fast. The grip on this barbell is simply perfect. Better than many other barbells that have a higher price tag. If you are looking for an amazing barbell for a great price look no further.”
“Purchased a Rogue stainless steel Ohio bushing bar. It was delivered 2nd day in excellent condition. The bar has the cleanest knurling of any bar I have seen any very tacky without being overly rough. Rotation is smooth and sleeves are very tight, no play at all. Has good whip. This is a very good product made in the USA. Can't be beat for the price.”
